Once orders and payments are confirmed, standard processing and dispatch timelines range from 10 to 21 business days depending on SKU type, customization needs, and order volume. Complex customization or peak season demand may extend lead times; in such cases we provide proactive updates and revised delivery estimates.
We partner with established logistics providers chosen for their ability to manage bulk consignments, provide reliable transit timelines, and offer comprehensive tracking. Partners receive tracking references at dispatch and can monitor consignments in real time. For international shipments, Dufizo provides necessary export documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
Textile items are packed to industry-standard norms to protect against moisture, abrasion, and transit-related damage. Palletisation, protective wrapping, and clear labelling are standard for large volumes to enable efficient warehouse handling and quick verification on receipt.
Shipping charges and customs duties are typically borne by the buyer unless the contract specifies otherwise. For export orders, partners are responsible for local import compliance; Dufizo assists with documentation and commercial invoices required for customs.
In the event of transit damage or short shipments, partners must notify Dufizo within 48 hours with supporting evidence. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, file claims to recover losses and arrange remediation.
