Dufizo Distribution aims to maintain trust and predictability in commercial relationships through a clearly defined Returns & Refunds Policy. This policy addresses the process for reporting product issues, the criteria for claim acceptance, and the procedures for replacements and reimbursements.

Notification and Evidence

Partners must notify Dufizo within seven (7) days of receipt for any returns or refund claims. Notifications should include order references, SKU and batch details, and photographic or video evidence to substantiate the claim. Timely reporting allows for immediate investigation and reduces disruption to the supply chain.

Resolution Options

Upon verification, Dufizo may provide one of the following: replacement shipments for defective items, partial credit or reimbursement for minor defects, or full refunds in cases where the entire consignment is materially non-compliant. The chosen resolution is determined by the defect’s nature, prevalence, and impact on usability.

Returns Logistics

If a return is authorised, Dufizo will specify the return logistics process. In cases where the defect is attributable to Dufizo’s supply chain, we will arrange and cover return transport costs. Conversely, if damage is due to partner handling after delivery, return costs may be charged to the partne.

Inspection and Approval

All returned goods are subject to inspection. Approval for refunds or replacements is contingent on the inspection outcome. Dufizo reserves the right to involve independent assessors for disputed claims.

Refund Timelines and Method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days and issued via the original payment channel unless otherwise agreed. Credit notes can be issued as an alternative by mutual consent.

Preventive Measures

To minimise returns, Dufizo maintains strict quality audits, accurate product descriptions, and sample verification processes. Repeated unjustified claims may affect commercial terms and future eligibility for preferential programmes.
